Fredericksburg Police Incident Reports

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2012
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT:
Dunning Mills Inn, 2305 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 10/30 11:20 p.m. A resident reported that after
hearing a knock he answered the door to his room and was immediately assaulted by three male
subjects wearing ski masks and black gloves. The victim reported that two of the assailants were
also wearing brass knuckles. A female inside the room threatened to call 911 and the three
offenders fled the scene. The victim had a severe laceration to his mouth and the back of his
head but he refused to be transported to the hospital. A few hours after this incident, officers
responded back to the room when the residents reported that the tires on their vehicles were all
punctured and flattened. The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY:
Mary Washington Hospital, 1001 Sam Perry Blvd, 10/29 2:30 p.m. – 4:45 p.m. A Stafford
resident reported that a quantity of cash was stolen from his vehicle. A suspect has been
identified and the investigation is ongoing.
Micah Ministries, 1013 Princess Anne St, 10/26 – 10/30 12:00 p.m. The director reported that
six debit cards were stolen from the office. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
900 block Myrick St, 10/26 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. A homeless male reported that his bicycle was
stolen. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ARRESTS:
Fallon Hart, 35, of Fredericksburg was arrested for violation of the noise ordinance.
Brian Kurick, 23, of Stafford was arrested for violation of the noise ordinance.
Ross Jones, 27, of Spotsylvania was arrested for violation of the noise ordinance.
Kenneth Bacon, 29, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.
