LARCENY:
1000-blk Heritage Park Dr, 11/13 12:15 pm. The victim reported both sets of license plates had been removed from her vehicle while it was parked in the parking lot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
100-blk Goodloe Dr, 11/13 2:20 pm. The victim reported that a GPS unit and a utility knife had been removed from his unsecured vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VANDALISM:
100-blk Princess Anne St, 11/13 12:45 pm. The victim reported her vehicle tire had been damaged while it was parked in the parking lot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Roman Seals, 26, of Spotsylvania was arrested in the 1600-blk of William St.
Vilmer Garcia-Melendez, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested in the 1600-blk of Lafayette Blvd.
ARRESTS:
Sean Dixson, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested for domestic assault and destruction of property.
