LARCENY:
800 block Littlepage St, 11/24 – 11/25 1:30 a.m. A Stafford resident reported that her iPhone
was stolen while she attended a house party. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
TGI Fridays, 1160 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 11/26 – 11/27 12:30 a.m. An employee reported that her
wallet was stolen from her purse behind the bar. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ARRESTS:
Kedrick Johnson, 22, of Stafford was arrested for possession of marijuana, carrying a concealed
weapon, and resisting arrest, and on outstanding indictments for possession with intent to
distribute marijuana and possession of a firearm with schedule I,II narcotics.
Charles Zandstra, 28, of Bumpass was arrested for embezzlement.
Quatresa Hudson, 32, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
William Stephens, 36, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery and
assault by strangulation.
Kevin Tidwell, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested for assault and battery and destruction of
property.
