LARCENY:
James Monroe High School, 2300 Washington Ave, 3/5 11:25 a.m. A student reported that her
cell phone was stolen in gym class. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Kenneth Bacon, 29, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI in the 1600 block of Jefferson Davis
Highway as well as for possession of a schedule I,II narcotic and possession with intent to
distribute a schedule I,II narcotic.
ARRESTS:
Steven Blair, 42, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
