Fredericksburg Police Incident Reports

MONDAY, APRIL 9, 2012
 
HOMICIDE:
300 block Brock Square, 4/7 3:30 a.m. Officers responded to the 300 block of Brock Square in
the Central Park Townhomes for a reported homicide. A friend of the victim, who lives in the
same neighborhood, called 911 when he discovered the 28-year-old man lying bleeding and
apparently deceased inside a townhouse. The victim had been shot in the head.
The victim was identified as a resident of the home, Nathaniel Dywayne Henderson. No other
occupants were found in the house when police arrived.
Just after 3 p.m. on the same day, the suspect in the murder of Nathaniel Henderson was taken
into custody without incident in the 1000 block of Wicklow Drive. Tyrone Tomek Johnson,
35, of Fredericksburg was charged with first degree homicide and use of a firearm in the
commission of a felony. Johnson is currently incarcerated at the Rappahannock Regional Jail
under no bond.
Johnson and the victim were acquaintances, and the shooting reportedly occurred during a gettogether
of friends at the victim’s home on Brock Square. A dispute broke out between
Johnson and Henderson just prior to the fatal shooting.
 
ATTEMPTED BURGLARY:
J&K Fashion, 523 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 4/9 2:00 am. An officer patrolling in the area found
the glass shattered in the front door. It appeared that entry was attempted but not gained to the
interior of the business. The investigation is ongoing.
 
LARCENY:
600 block Kenmore Ave, 4/5 – 4/6 10:00 am. A resident reported that a lawnmower and
outdoor furniture were stolen from her back yard. A suspect has been identified and the
investigation is ongoing.
1300 block Hearthstone Dr, 4/8 1:45 am – 2:35 am. A resident reported that two laptop
computers and his wife’s purse were stolen while his son had friends over for a party. Two
suspects have been identified and the investigation is ongoing.
Hibachi Buffet, 1901 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 4/8 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm. A patron reported that her
cell phone was stolen after she accidentally left it in the bathroom. No suspects or witnesses at
this time.
1500 block College Ave, 3/25 – 4/5 12:00 pm. A resident reported that several decorative
finials were removed from his perimeter fence. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Kenmore Park, 1301 Kenmore Ave, 4/8 5:45 pm – 6:15 pm. A resident reported that her son’s
bicycle was stolen while he was playing at the park. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
 
VANDALISM:
1100 block Bakersfield Ln, 3/31 – 4/6 11:00 am. A resident reported that his vehicle was
scratched and damaged by a sharp object. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1200 block Payne St, 4/6 – 4/7 2:00 pm. Three residents reported that each had a vehicle
vandalized with blue spray paint. The victims all live at separate addresses. The investigation
is ongoing.
Quaker Steak, 1300 Central Park Blvd, 4/7 – 4/8 2:30 am. The manager reported that all four
tires on his vehicle were slashed. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
2500 block Van Buren St, 4/6 – 4/7 8:00 pm. A resident reported that a window on her vehicle
was broken. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
 
DUI ARRESTS:
Joshua Finney, 23, of King George was arrested for DUID in the 1400 block of Jefferson Davis
Hwy.
 
ARRESTS:
Oswaldo Lozano, 23, of Woodbridge was arrested for public intoxication.
Anthony Jaramillo, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of cocaine with intent to
distribute, obstruction of justice, and eluding.
Alexandra Plotnikov, 21, of Stafford was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Melinda Musick, 32, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Kohls.
Danielle Crawford-Limerick, 21, of Stafford was arrested on a warrant from Caroline County
charging her with violation of a protective order.
Rachelle Benson, 43, of Stafford was arrested for felony shoplifting and conspiracy to commit
shoplifting at Wegmans.
Michael Spruill, 44, of Stafford was arrested for felony shoplifting and conspiracy to commit
shoplifting at Wegmans.
Charles LeBleu, 51, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication and trespassing.
Charles Henderson, 21, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication.
Preston Hood, 46, of no fixed address was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Jeremy Peters, 29, of no fixed address was arrested on warrants from Loudoun County
charging him with felony shoplifting.
