Fredericksburg Police Incident Reports

MONDAY, JULY 9, 2012 
 
 
LARCENY: 
W.E. Klotz, 1127 Summit St, 7/6 5:00 am. The owner reported that the window to his vehicle had been broken out and copper wiring had been stolen from the interior of the vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
Ruby Tuesday, 2951 Plank Rd, 7/6 8:00 pm. The victim reported that he misplaced his phone while at the restaurant. Sometime later an unidentified male contacted a friend of the victim from the victim's cell phone and advised he had the phone. When the male went to retrieve the phone, the unidentified male could not be located. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
1000-block Dorthea Ct, 7/7 12:00 pm. The victim reported that she noticed several change jars and various pieces of jewelry were missing from the residence. There are no signs of forced entry. The investigation is ongoing. 
Quaker Steak and Lube, 1300 Central Park Blvd, 7/8 8:30 pm. The victim reported that the front bumper to his vehicle had been stolen while it was in the parking lot. 
 
 
VANDALISM: 
Richard Johnston Inn, 711 Caroline St, 7/6 8:00 am. The victim reported that someone slashed the soft convertible top to her vehicle while it was parked behind the business. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
Home Team Grill, 1109 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 7/7 11:30 pm. An employee reported that the front sliding glass door had been pried open and was slightly ajar. Nothing appeared to be missing from the interior of the business. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
 
 
FRAUD: 
TGI Fridays, 1160 Carl D. Silver Pkwy, 7/7 1:30 am. The manager reported that three males left the restaurant without paying their bill after ordering liquor from the bar. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
 
 
HIT AND RUN: 
Wal-Mart, 1800 Carl D. Silver Pkwy, 7/6 5:00 pm. The victim reported that his vehicle had been struck and damaged while in the parking lot. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
Greenbrier Shopping Center, 2000 Plank Rd, 7/8 2:00 am. The victim reported that while she travelling parallel to the businesses, a grey Volkswagen struck her vehicle in a t-bone manner, quickly backed up and left the scene. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
 
 
DUI ARRESTS: 
Max Weaver, 34, of Salt Lake City, Utah was arrested in the 400-block of William St. 
Charles Smith, 55, of King George was arrested in the 1100-block of Carl D. Silver Pkwy. 
Kenneth Bower, Jr., 39, of Partlow was arrested in the 1900-block of Princess Anne St. 
 
 
ARRESTS: 
Daniel Taylor, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication. 
Jose Gonzales, Jr., 21, of Bowling Green was arrested for domestic assault and battery. 
Alice Groff, 67, of Ft. Pierce, Florida was arrested for animal cruelty. 
Daniel Meekins, 51, of Marshall was arrested for animal cruelty. 
Anthony Troiano, 48, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication and possession of marijuana. 
Anthony Turner, 47, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication. 
Willan Alvarez, 36, of Manassas was arrested for possession of alcohol on the riverbank. 
Jisifredo Rosales, 35, of Alexandria was arrested for possession of alcohol on the riverbank. 
Jamie Schoonover, 32, of Stafford was arrested for felony shoplifting from Wal-Mart. 
Gage Bowie, 19, of Stafford was arrested for possession of controlled paraphernalia and possession of schedule I/II substance. 
Erin Craig, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting from Wal-Mart, conspiracy and child endangerment. 
Komeshia Washington, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting from Wal-Mart, conspiracy and child endangerment. 
Amanda Beland, 25, of Stafford was arrested for felony assault on a law enforcement officer and simple assault. 
Randolph Harris, Jr., 51, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
