Fredericksburg Police Incident Reports

MONDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2012
BURGLARY:
700 block Cornell St, 10/26 7:00 p.m. – 10 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
entered the home after shattering the glass in the back door. Nothing appeared to have been
stolen. The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY:
1100 block Patrick St, 10/24 – 10/26 11:50 a.m. A resident reported that several boxes of his
belongings were stolen while he was in the process of moving from the home. The investigation
is ongoing.
400 block Hanover St, 10/26 – 10/27 10:00 a.m. A resident reported that the floor mats were
stolen from her front porch. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
700 block Greystone Ct, 10/26 – 10/27 12:30 p.m. A resident reported that some clothing was
stolen from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Mary Washington Hospital, 1001 Sam Perry Blvd, 10/27 2:30 p.m. A Spotsylvania resident
reported that his wallet was stolen after he accidentally left it in a restroom. No suspects or
witnesses at this time.
Family Christian Store, 1879 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 10/27 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. An employee
reported that her wallet was stolen from her purse in the office. No suspects or witnesses at this
time.
1300 block Hanover St, 10/27 12:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. A resident reported that an antique iron
bench was stolen from her yard. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VANDALISM:
Rugged Wearhouse, 2003 Plank Rd, 10/24 4:00 p.m. – 9 p.m. An employee reported that her
vehicle was scratched and damaged with a sharp object. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
FRAUD:
Target, 1180 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 10/25 7:30 p.m. A Lovettsville resident reported that his credit
card was used to make fraudulent purchases at the store. The investigation is ongoing.
DUI ARRESTS:
Brian Donahue, 70, of no fixed address was arrested for DUI and refusal to submit to a blood or
breath test in the 200 block of Caroline Street.
Brittany Carter, 24, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI and felony hit and run after leaving the
scene of an accident in the 200 block of William Street.
Patrick Galyen, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI in the 1500 block of Charles Street.
Jonathan Whittaker, 21, of Locust Grove was arrested for DUI and refusal to submit to a blood
or breath test in the 1500 block of William Street.
ARRESTS:
James Mayes, 48, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a warrant from Suffolk County charging him
with felony bad check.
Rebecca Betancourt, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of heroin.
Brittany Dudley, 23, of Locust Grove was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Brooke Dudley, 19, of Locust Grove was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Kevin Landry, 28, of Spotsylvania was arrested for failure to appear in court and possession of a
schedule III substance.
Terri Lewis, 32, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Kohls.
Timothy Cretney, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly
conduct.
Sherina Jones, 20, of Spotsylvania was arrested for underage possession of alcohol.
Juvenile female, 15, was arrested for underage possession of alcohol.
Matthew Mcaloon, 19, of Fredericksburg was arrested for underage possession of alcohol.
Megan Traylor, 19, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Julian Loring, 21, of Old Town, Maine was arrested for public intoxication.
Reginald Smith, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery and
preventing another person from calling 911.
Marshall Foye, 27, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.
Jacoby Ellis, 29, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.
