Fredericksburg Police Incident Reports

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2012
LARCENY:
McDonald’s, 1212 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 12/11 12:45 pm. The victim reported his briefcase and notebook computer had been stolen from his unsecured vehicle in the parking lot. There are no suspects or witnesses at this time.
Wal-Mart, 1800 Carl D. Silver Pkwy, 12/11 12:27 pm. A loss prevention employee reported that a male subject walked out without paying for a TV he placed in his shopping cart. The suspect was described as white male in his 30s wearing a black jacket and jeans. The investigation is ongoing.
1300-block Caroline St, 12/12 9:00 pm. The victim reported that her neighbor witnessed two subjects remove the bike rack from her porch. The neighbor described the subjects as a dark skinned black male wearing a gray sweatshirt under a dark colored jacket and a light skinned, heavy set black female wearing a plaid jacket. The two suspects left the area in an orange and white 70’s model van with farm use tags. The investigation is ongoing.
VANDALISM:
100-block Princess Anne St, 12/12 5:45 pm. The victim reported that his apartment window had been broken. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
600-block Littlepage St, 12/12 3:30 pm. The victim reported that both of her passenger side tires had been slashed while her vehicle was parked on the street. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ARRESTS:
Kerry Smith, 54, of Stafford was arrested for tampering with a motor vehicle.
Kade Monell, 18, of Spotsylvania was arrested for felony shoplifting from Wal-Mart and felony
