Fredericksburg Police Incident Reports

MONDAY, APRIL 2, 2012
 
UNLAWFUL ENTRY:
200 block Hillcrest Dr, 4/1 6:00 pm. A resident reported that she returned home and found an unknown male subject standing in her living room. The man ran past the victim and down the steps, exiting the house through the basement door. It did not appear that anything was stolen from the residence. The only description the victim could provide was that the suspect was a white male in his late 20’s and approximately 6’ tall. The investigation is ongoing.
 
LARCENY:
Regal Cinemas, 3301 Plank Rd, 3/30 10:15 pm – 3/31 12:50 am. A patron reported that the window on his vehicle was broken and his girlfriend’s purse was stolen from the floorboards. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
 
James Monroe High School, 2300 Washington Ave, 3/30 9:30 am – 2:45 pm. A student reported that her iPhone was stolen from her backpack or locker. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
 
2200 block Dogwood Dr, 3/31 – 4/1 4:00 am. A resident reported that an unknown person rummaged through her glove box and stole her GPS from the center console of her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
 
100 block Riverside Manor Blvd, 3/31 9:00 pm – 4/1 8:50 am. A resident reported that her daughter’s bicycle was stolen from her back yard. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
 
VANDALISM:
Alum Springs Park, 699 Greenbrier Dr, 3/30 5:00 pm – 3/31 8:00 am. An employee reported that the door to the gate shed was broken open and a window was cracked. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
 
900 block Sunken Rd, 3/30 9:00 pm – 3/31 2:00 pm. A resident reported that the passenger
side mirror was broken off his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
 
3400 block Fall Hill Ave, 3/30 – 4/1 5:00 pm. A candidate reported that a campaign sign was
pulled out of the ground and broken. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
 
200 block Riverside Manor Blvd, 3/17 – 4/1 5:30 pm. A resident reported that his kitchen
windows were broken, apparently by BB shot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
 
DUI ARRESTS:
Anthony Kirton, 19, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 3300 block of Fall Hill Ave.
 
Jacob Hill, 26, of Stafford was arrested for DUID and possession of schedule III narcotics in
the 200 block of Duke Street.
 
ARRESTS:
Gary Petty, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from New York City charging him
with first degree rape.
 
Richard Creasy, 24, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.
 
Tyrone Childs, 49, of Bowling Green was arrested for public intoxication.
 
Marshall Foye, 27, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.
 
Juvenile female, 16, was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
 
Juvenile female, 15, was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
 
Gregory Berry, 41, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.
 
Matthew Patterson, 24, of Mineral was arrested for public intoxication and urinating in public.
 
Daniel Stewart, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication and destruction of
property.
 
Whitney Turnbow, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication, resisting arrest,
and obstruction of justice.
 
Corey Williams, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.
Acquinton Johnson, 33, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication and destruction
of property.
 
Steve Bright, 45, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.
 
Joseph McIlvane, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.
 
Frank Smith, 56, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing.
 
Charles Tate, 50, of no fixed address was arrested for possession of alcohol in Old Mill Park.
 
Ricky Johnson, 50, of no fixed address was arrested for possession of alcohol in Old Mill Park.
