WEDNESDAY, APRIL 25, 2012 
 
LARCENY: 
Capital Ale House, 917 Caroline St, 4/25 12:30 am. An employee reported that 3 white males left without paying their bill. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
McDonald's, 1212 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 4/24 10:30 am. The victim reported that his bicycle had been stolen from the area. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
1400-block Brent St, 4/24 11:30 am. The victim reported that his hubcaps and grease covers had been removed from his vehicle sometime over night. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
 
VANDALISM: 
The Seasons at Celebrate Virginia, 2301 Dogwood Dr, 4/24 7:30 am. A construction foreman reported that several pieces of construction equipment had been left in the field since Friday afternoon and when they returned, found that several windows on 5 different pieces of equipment were broken. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
 
DUI ARRESTS: 
Damion Nelson, 35, of Fredericksburg was arrested in the 2600-block of Princess Anne St. 
 
ARRESTS: 
Cody Ellwood, 21, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication, inhaling a noxious chemical substance and possession of synthetic cannabinoid.
