Fredericksburg Police Incident Reports

FRIDAY, APRIL 27, 2012
 
LARCENY:
1300 block Dandridge St, 4/26 1:00 am. A resident reported that an unknown person stole
loose change and some library books on tape from his unsecured vehicle. No suspects or
witnesses at this time.
1500 block Augustine Ave, 4/25 – 4/26 11:00 am. A resident reported that loose change was
stolen from his two vehicles, both of which had been left unsecured. No suspects or witnesses
at this time.
 
VANDALISM:
500 block Maple Ct, 4/26 6:00 am – 5:00 pm. A resident reported that an unknown person put
sugar in the oil reservoir of her vehicle, causing the car to break down. The investigation is
ongoing.
ABC Store, 1271 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 4/26 5:40 pm. An employee reported that a male
subject asked to use the restroom and was denied because the store does not have a public
facility. The subject walked into one of the aisles and urinated on the shelves containing
bottles of gin, then left the store. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male in his 20’s
wearing white shorts with a red stripe and a blue jean jacket. The investigation is ongoing.
200 block Riverside Manor Blvd, 4/12 – 4/26 11:00 pm. A resident reported that an unknown
person shot a BB through a rear window of the house. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
 
ARRESTS:
Jesse Webber, 23, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Target.
John Mulcahy, 18, of Fredericksburg was arrested for underage possession of alcohol.
Tiburcio Bautista, 42, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.
Thomas Bailey, 19, of Stafford was arrested for drinking in public and underage possession of
alcohol.
Edward Jackson, 22, of Stafford was arrested on a warrant from Stafford charging him with
failure to appear in court.
Brandon Walea, 19, of Stafford was arrested for shoplifting from CVS.
