Fredericksburg Police Incident Reports

MONDAY, APRIL 30, 2012
LARCENY:
100 block Wellington Lakes Dr, 4/28 3:00 pm – 3:30 pm. A visitor reported that prescription
medication and a number of other items of value were stolen from his unsecured vehicle in the
parking lot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
700 block Princess Anne St, 4/28 – 4/29 3:00 am. A resident reported that her purse was stolen
while she was a guest at a party. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Home Depot, 1201 Gateway Blvd, 4/29 3:00 pm. An employee reported that he heard a door
alarm sounding and saw a black male and a black female exiting through the rear doors with
merchandise in their arms. The two subjects threw the items in the back of a black full-size
pickup with New Jersey license plates and fled the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
1000 block Princess Anne St, 4/28 1:00 am. A Stafford resident reported that her iPhone was
stolen while she was a guest at a party. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VANDALISM:
Dunning Mills Inn, 2305 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 4/27 – 4/28 5:00 am. A guest reported that his
vehicle was scratched and damaged in the parking lot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Willie Arbogast, 30, of King George was arrested for DUI, refusal to submit to blood or breath
test, possession of schedule II narcotics, and possession of marijuana in the 100 block of Mary
Washington Blvd.
Gerry White, 30, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 1900 block of Jefferson Davis
Hwy.
ARRESTS:
Thomas Turnbull, 55, of no fixed address was arrested for aggressive solicitation.
Bertha Eura, 65, of Fredericksburg was arrested on warrants from Spotsylvania charging her
with writing bad checks.
Richard Robinson, 45, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
Leon Wynn, 51, of Spotsylvania was arrested for posting signs on public property.
Michael Fauntleroy, 44, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication and
trespassing.
Dominic Eitt, 31, of King George was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Michael Monter, 44, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
Ralph Burgess, 50, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from Stafford charging him
with violation of a protective order.
Jason Dunbar, 31, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Bobbi Snellings, 28, of Stafford was arrested for possession of schedule I, II narcotics and
possession of drug paraphernalia.
Thomas Fitzgerald, 24, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of schedule I, II narcotics
and possession of drug paraphernalia, and on a warrant from Caroline charging him with
failure to appear in court.
Brittany Flippo, 22, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing.
