Fredericksburg Police Incident Reports

TUESDAY, AUGUST 21, 2012
ROBBERY:
3300 block Fall Hill Ave, 8/20 9:50 pm. A male and female, both 20 years old and residents of
the neighborhood, reported that they were robbed at gunpoint by two male subjects who jumped
out at them from behind the dumpster as they were walking back home from the 7-11. Both
suspects were reportedly armed with handguns and demanded that the victims give up all of their
money. The male victim handed over the cash in his pocket and one of the suspects grabbed the
purse from the female’s arm before pushing the male victim down to the ground. The suspects
then ran from the scene. The suspects were described as both black males in their 30’s with
short dark hair. One of them had a short goatee and was wearing a white T-shirt and jeans;
further description of the second suspect is unknown. The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY:
2300 block Cowan Blvd, 8/19 2:00 pm – 8/20 4:30 am. A resident reported that his handgun was
stolen during the process of moving from his apartment. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1000 block Heritage Park, 8/18 11:00 am – 8/20 10:00 am. A resident reported that the license
plates were stolen from his vehicle in the parking lot of his apartment complex. No suspects or
witnesses at this time.
100 block Princess Anne St, 8/16 – 8/16 (reported 8/20) A resident reported that her bicycle was
stolen from the bike rack at her apartment complex. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1000 block Bakersfield Ln, 8/18 – 8/19 4:00 pm. A resident reported that her purse and cell
phone were stolen from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VANDALISM:
300 block Germania St, 8/19 4:00 pm – 8/20 8:00 am. A resident reported that an unknown
person broke the windshield and driver’s side window on his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses
at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Zachary Harding, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI in the 1000 block of Sam Perry
Boulevard.
John Sullivan, 49, of no fixed address was arrested for DUI and operating a moped while having
a revoked license in the 2300 block of Cowan Boulevard.
ARRESTS:
Bond Thompson, 53, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication and possession of
alcohol after being interdicted.
Caitlin Emison, 24, of Stafford was arrested for possession of marijuana.
