Fredericksburg Police Incident Reports

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2012
LARCENY:
Wegmans, 2281 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 10/11 12:20 p.m. A loss prevention employee reported that
a female subject pushed a shopping cart with groceries into the parking lot without paying for the
items. When the female realized she was being followed by the employee, she fled the scene in a
primer colored work van driven by a white male. The female left the shopping cart of
merchandise behind. The investigation is ongoing.
ARRESTS:
Robert Fauntleroy, 46, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
Prem Awaes, 61, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
Everett Hancock, 19, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
Leon Williams, 50, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
charging him with probation violation.
Miguel Lynch, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of
a schedule III narcotic.
