Fredericksburg Police Incident Reports

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 26, 2012
LARCENY:
900 block Caroline St, 11/20 – 11/21 10:15 a.m. The owner of a downtown business reported
that the battery was stolen from a vehicle belonging to his shop. No suspects or witnesses at this
time.
700 block Cobblestone Blvd, 11/20 – 11/21 11:30 a.m. A resident reported that a new baby
stroller was stolen from the trunk of her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
200 block Ivanhoe Ct, 11/23 – 11/24 1:00 a.m. A resident reported that her computer and tablet
were stolen from her apartment. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.
1300 block Payne St, 11/21 – 11/25 5:20 p.m. A resident reported that her bicycle was stolen
from the yard. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
800 block Littlepage St, 11/25 1:00 a.m. A visitor reported that her iPhone was stolen while she
attended a house party. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VANDALISM:
200 block Kings Mill Ct, 11/22 – 11/23 7:15 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
flattened all four tires on her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Michael Estes, 63, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI, refusal to submit to a blood or breath
test, possession of marijuana, and consuming alcohol while driving in the 1300 block of Charles
Street.
Nathaniel Hammonds, 23, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 300 block of Caroline
Street.
Juan Carlos Davila Marquez, 30, of Stafford was arrested for DUI and refusal to submit to a
blood or breath test in the 500 block of Jefferson Davis Highway.
Colby Dorman, 42, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI and refusal to submit to a blood or
breath test in the 800 block of Lafayette Boulevard.
Wendy Ingram, 38, of Stafford was arrested for DUI and driving with an open container of
alcohol in the 1300 block of Princess Anne Street.
Sean Sexton, 24, of Stafford was arrested for DUI in the 200 block of Jefferson Davis Highway.
ARRESTS:
Joseph Chambers, 34, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of stolen property and
obtaining money by false pretenses.
Cherie Washington, 37, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting from Bottom Dollar.
Grace Bruce, 51, of no fixed address was arrested for possession of marijuana, resisting arrest,
assault on law enforcement, and on outstanding warrants charging her with failure to appear in
court and contempt of court.
Jessica Barham, 27, of Spotsylvania was arrested for felony hit and run and driving on a revoked
license.
Paul Perdue, 41, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery and preventing
another person from calling 911.
Giovanni Beachboard, 25, of Spotsylvania was arrested for urinating in public, indecent
exposure, and public intoxication.
Michael Jewell, 29, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Kenneth Stepney, 46, of no fixed address was arrested for drinking in public.
Wayne Payne, 50, of no fixed address was arrested for possession of alcohol after being
interdicted.
James Allen, 55, of no fixed address was arrested for aggressive solicitation.
James Morrett, 51, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
Cynthia Hamilton, 46, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.
Stephanie Hunter, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Erica Parker, 41, of Washington D.C. was arrested for felony shoplifting and conspiracy to
commit shoplifting from Walmart.
Sherita Owens, 42, of Washington D.C. was arrested for felony shoplifting and conspiracy to
commit shoplifting from Walmart.
Alice Trice, 45, of Arlington was arrested for felony shoplifting and conspiracy to commit
shoplifting from Walmart.
Rodney Pearson, 42, of no fixed address was arrested for drinking in public.
Korbena Wingate, 39, of Norfolk was arrested on a warrant from Newport News charging him
with failure to appear in court.
