Fredericksburg Police Incident Reports

MONDAY, MARCH 11, 2013
BURGLARY:
1000 block West Kensington Cir, 3/10 6:00 a.m. A resident reported that a neighbor found his
garage door opener on the street and returned it to him around 2 p.m. His wife reported that she
had heard the garage door go up around 6 a.m. and also found the light on inside. It was
determined that the door opener had apparently been stolen from the victim’s unlocked vehicle
on the street and the unknown offender had used the opener to gain access to the garage. Nothing
appeared to be stolen. The investigation is ongoing.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY:
1600 block Caroline St, 3/9 11:30 p.m. A neighbor reported that she saw two individuals enter a
home that is unoccupied and undergoing renovations. The responding officers found two
subjects inside the house and took them into custody without incident. Eric Paramore, 27, and
Jennifer Love, 22, both of Stafford, were arrested and each charged with unlawful entry.
Paramore and Love were released by the magistrate on $1500 personal recognizance bonds.
LARCENY:
3300 block Fall Hill Ave, 3/10 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. A resident reported that she dropped her
wallet on a trail in the woods leading to the canal path. The victim returned and found her
wallet, but the contents had been removed and thrown into the brush and the cash had been
stolen. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VANDALISM:
HDT Robotics, 415 Wolfe St, 2/21 – 3/04 8:00 a.m. An employee reported that an unknown
person damaged the exterior of a company-owned vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1800 block Charles St, 3/8 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
broke a flower pot on the front porch. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1000 block West Kensington Cir, 3/10 12:30 a.m. – 7:45 a.m. A resident reported that an
unknown person broke the door handle off the driver’s side door of his vehicle. No suspects or
witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Tyler Gann, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 3500 block of Plank Road.
James Knight, 62, of Queenstown, Maryland was arrested for DUI and refusal to submit to a
blood or breath test in the 2900 block of Plank Road.
ARRESTS:
Brian Shaw, 55, of Spotsylvania was arrested for stalking and assault and battery.
Michael Barnett, 57, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
Michael Hall, 38, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery and malicious
wounding.
Rosana Hughes, 18, of Fredericksburg was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a
minor and shoplifting from Walmart.
