Man Arrested for Displaying Obscene Materials
A Fredericksburg resident was arrested last night and charged with the unlawful display of obscene
materials (§ 18.2-374) after several of his neighbors complained about photographs that the man
had taped to the outside of his apartment door. The photographs showed full frontal female nudity
and were in plain view of the residents who use the shared hallway. James Albert Frost, 68, was
arrested at approximately 9 p.m. on March 28 near his home at Cobblestone Apartments and
incarcerated at the Rappahannock Regional Jail under no bond.
