Fredericksburg Police Incident Reports

MONDAY, APRIL 1, 2013
WEAPON OFFENSES:
2300 block Cowan Blvd, 3/29 10:30 p.m. An officer patrolling in the area observed two male
subjects behaving suspiciously near one of the apartment buildings. The officer checked the two
individuals and discovered a weapon and contraband on one of them. Zanell Miller, 32, of
Spotsylvania was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon, carrying a concealed weapon as a
convicted felon, possession of a weapon after being convicted of a violent felony, possession of a
stolen firearm, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a firearm while in
possession of a controlled substance. The second subject was released without charges. Miller
was incarcerated at the Rappahannock Regional Jail under no bond.
LARCENY:
2216 Princess Anne St, 3/29 1:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. A visitor reported that his motorized scooter
was stolen from the storage area outside Mill Park Terrace. No suspects or witnesses at this
time.
U-Haul, 2411 Plank rd, 3/29 5:00 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. A Stafford resident reported that his sister’s
dining set was stolen after being left outside a storage building for a period of time during her
move. The investigation is ongoing.
Hospitality House, 2801 Plank Rd, 3/29 – 3/30 1:00 a.m. A guest reported that her coat, a
quantity of cash, and her cell phone were stolen from the coat check room. No suspects or
witnesses at this time.
1600 block Charles St, 3/30 2:15 p.m. A resident reported that a quantity of cash was stolen
from his room. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.
2300 block Cowan Blvd, 3/29 – 3/31 12:30 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
stole loose change and a handicap tag from his unlocked vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at
this time.
VANDALISM:
2200 block Cowan Blvd, 3/28 – 3/29 1:40 p.m. An apartment manager reported that a bike lock
was cut from one of the bicycles left secured to the rack. The bike was not stolen. No suspects
or witnesses at this time.
1100 block Dixon St, 3/23 – 3/29 3:30 p.m. A property owner reported that an unknown person
broke two windows on her unoccupied residence. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
2500 block Manor Dr, 3/30 12:45 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Two residents reported that an unknown
person broke the windshields on their vehicles, apparently with rocks. The investigation is
ongoing.
2300 block Cowan Blvd, 3/29 – 3/31 1:30 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
broke a window on her vehicle, apparently with a rock. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ARRESTS:
Eric Armistead, 44, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.
Shanda Arrington, 47, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Orrin Levi, 51, of no fixed address was arrested twice for public intoxication.
Robert Washington, 49, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
Kenneth Six, 21, of Stafford was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Quincy Ogorman, 19, of Island Pond, Vermont was arrested for malicious wounding.
Lindsay Mora, 20, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Robert Fauntleroy, 47, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
Bradley Pollack, 31, of no fixed address was arrested for drinking in public and possession of
alcohol on the riverbank.

Eusevio Flores, 49, of no fixed address was arrested for drinking in public and possession of
alcohol on the riverbank.
Margarita Garcia, 20, of Stafford was arrested for two counts of attempted assault.
Natalie Shreve, 28, of Pasadena, Maryland was arrested for felony shoplifting from CVS.
Genie Kristobek, 46, of Stafford was arrested for shoplifting from Wegmans
