Fredericksburg Police Need Help in Indecent Exposure Case

A scary moment for a teenager outside a Central Park store Monday afternoon.
Fredericksburg Police spokeswoman Natatia Bledsoe says it happens just after 3:30 p.m. when the girl went to start her grandmother's car outside the Hobby Lobby. She says a man was parked next to the car and exposed himself to her. The girl called 911 but the man left before police arrive.
He is described as white, in his 20's to 30's with a beard and wavy brown hair. He was driving a white two door car with a missing left front hubcap.
