by Deirdre Blake posted Jun 26 2013 8:21AM
If the kids are bored Wednesday afternoon, there is a way to let them be crafty, stay cool and support a good cause.
A.C. Moore in Fredericksburg's Central Park kicks off its' free summer crafts program today. From 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. you can buy a tote bag for a buck. They'll get help with how to spray paint on their own design. All of the proceeds from the bags go to the Alex's Lemonade Stand project nationwide. It helps to advance research in childhood cancer research.
