CCSO SEEKING FUGITIVE: The Charles County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the whereabouts of Joseph Daniel Bynum, 26, of Faulkner, who has nine outstanding arrest warrants relating to several charges including: failure to appear for second-degree assault, failure to appear in violation of probation for indecent exposure, failure to appear in violation of an ex-parte order, failure to appear on child support violations and several traffic warrants. Bynum is 5’11”, 170 pounds and has tattoos on both arms. He may be armed with a weapon.
