Getting too Little Sleep? It Could be Aging You

If you work hard all week and then try to cram everything in to your weekend, you might not be getting the sleep you need.
It could be why the vision in the mirror this morning looks tired. The Journal Sleep reports that people who consistently get less than seven or eight hours sleep a night look older. They are also more likely to have dark under eye circles, saggy skin and fine facial lines. So dvr that favorite show and put your kindle down early to hit the sack instead.
