Got Any Butter in Your Coffee?

What's in your coffee this morning? Some personal trainers and others are putting two tablespoons of butter and cocnut oil in theirs and having it as breakfast. Is it healthy though? It could have 320 calories, but some dieticians say if it's grass fed butter, the fats in it could be good. If you're don't exercise and your not active, you might want to skip the butter though.
