The holidays can be exciting, but also cause stress and make problems worse for folks diagnosed with depression.
Even if they aren't, it could develop over money problems and other issues. So experts say, get 15 to 30 minutes of sunlight a daywhen you can and exercise. Don't be too hard on yourself with your to do list and drink and eat in moderation.
