Everyone has foods they love and most of us think we have to give them up to diet, but it isn't true, just modify how and when you eat them.
If you love ice cream, eat a single scoop a few times a week rather than a triple scoop every day. If you want a baked potato, eat it earlier in the day and cut out the butter and sour cream or scale it way back. Always start lunch and dinner with soup, since it's healthy and fills you up.
