by Deirdre Blake posted Sep 25 2013 7:24AM
A circuit court judge will decide the fate of 38 acres owned by the U.S. National Slavery Museum. Representatives for Diamond Nation and the Hagerstown Suns have been talking with representatives for the museum and its' architect to buy the land for a proposed baseball stadium. At the 11 a.m. hearing in Caroline today, the judge could approve the negotiated sale or take steps to move the land to a public auction.
