Late Night Technology Could be Hurting Your Sleep

If you have a habit of sending late night e-mails or are still on your tablet, you could be hurting yourself.
Revving up your brain with electrical activity can keep you from falling asleep. And the "glow" from electronics also works against quality shuteye. Experts say stay tech free for 30 minutes before bed and make your bedroom a technology free zone.
