Look Out for Elderly Parents and Neighbors in Snowy Weather

 Most people are worried about getting to work safely in bad weather and finding a sitter for their kids if schools are closed, but what about the elderly.
Home Instead Senior Care says also make sure you check in with your older parents or neighbors, since they are more vulnerable to cold and snow. Make sure they have the right snow boots, extra blankets and outside handrails. Their thermostats should also be set at least at 65 to 70 degrees.
