Somebody could become a mega-millionaire tonight.
The Mega Millions jackpot is $290-million.
Lottery spokesman John Haggerty says if there's a winner, they will have to make a tough decision. He says they can take annual payments of $11.1-million per year for 26 years or a cash payout of just a little more than $205-million.
The jackpot is the largest since March 25 a year ago.
