Local and state authorities are investigating suspicious damage to two mailboxes in Caroline County.
The incidents were reported Sunday morning in 10000 block of Sunshine School Road. Virginia state Police report two devices were reported inside the mailboxes and seized by agents as evidence.
The investigation revealed that the two bottles ruptured causing minimal damage. No one was injured.
The investigation is ongoing.
