GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN.

WHO MAY PARTICIPATE . Subject to the additional restrictions below, 93.3 WFLS "ROCKY MOUNTAIN COLD GIVEAWAY" Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of the State of Virginia residents who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, are legal U.S. residents, and who possess a valid government-issued photo identification. Current employees or agents of The Star Radio Group d/b/a WFLS-FM, WWUZ-FM and WWVB-FM ("Star Radio Group" or "Sponsor") and Coors Light ("CL"), Fredericksburg Distribution Company ("FDC"), CFC Farm & Home Center ("CFC"), D&J Meat ("DJ") and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. Persons who have won another contest or promotion of any kind from Star Radio Group, or whose immediate family members have won another contest or promotion of any kind from Star Radio Group, within thirty (30) calendar days before the Contest start date also are ineligible. The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. Limit one (1) winner per household. For purposes of this Contest, a "household" includes all persons who are domiciled with an entrant, regardless of familial relation.

TIMELINE FOR CONTESTS. Three contests will run on the following dates:
#1 Friday, May 8, 2009 (12:00AM EST) through Thursday, May 21, 2009 (11:59PM EST);
#2 Friday, June 19, 2009 (12:00AM EST) through Thursday, July 2, 2009 (11:59PM EST); #3 Friday, August 21, 2009 (12:00AM EST) through Thursday, September 3, 2009 (11:59PM).

PRIZE. Total of three (3) prizes, each contest, one luck winner will win a new gas grill; and $100.00 worth of meat from D&J Meat.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes each qualifier’s consent to the use of his or her name, biographical information, voice and/or likeness by Sponsor and/or CL and/or FDC and/or CFC and/or DJ in any media, including without limitation the Internet, for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor and/or CL and/or FDC and/or CFC and/or DJ. By participating, qualifiers agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and the Contest administrators and judges. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Contest is compromised by tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest.

DISCLAIMERS. By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that Sponsor, CL, FDC, CFC, DJ and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and agents (collectively, the "Contest Entities") will not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession/use and/or misuse of prize(s), travel to and from any prize-related activity, participation in the Contest, printing, mailing or distribution errors that are not in compliance with these Official Rules.

CONSTRUCTION. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

SPONSOR. The Star Radio Group "Rocky Mountain Cold Summer Giveaway" Contest is sponsored by The Star Radio Group d/b/a WFLS-FM, WWUZ-FM AND WWVB-FM ("Star Radio Group" or "Sponsor"). The decisions of Sponsor and the Contest administrators and judges regarding the selection of winners, the interpretation of these Official Rules and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Contest.
