Troopers arrived on scene at approximately 0955 hrs. Preliminary investigation revealed a flatbed tow truck (vehicle 2) was slowing to a stop, for a solid RED arrow, in the left turn lane traveling from Southbound Rt 301 to Northbound Billingsley Rd. The school bus (vehicle 1) transporting 20 juvenile 8th grade students, attending Calverton School, was traveling Southbound Rt 301 and entered the turn lane to travel north on Billingsley Rd.
