GLEN BURNIE, Md. (AP) - The bigger they are, the harder they -- crash.
There's now a giant crash test dummy in front of MVA headquarters in Maryland. The 30-foot-tall dummy sits on the lawn at the Motor Vehicle Administration.
The dummy is posed buckling a seatbelt. The idea is to encourage seatbelt use. In case drivers don't get the message, police are also conducting a Click It Or Ticket enforcement campaign.
