If you were among the folks that got a ticket for driving in the high occupancy lanes on I-95 without enough drivers yesterday, VDOT officials say they're sorry.
A message board glitch told drivers the lanes were open to all drivers yesterday morning, by mistake. A power issue is to blame and State Police say they won't prosecute anyone in the mix up. If you got one, hang on to it, call the number on the back and use the tracking number to make sure it gets cleared.
