The controversial Rappahannock Parkway that would add collector-distributor roads along I-95 from U.S. 17 in Stafford to State Route three. It's been a topic of heated debate, but local transportation officials played a little nicer in talks last night. They could bring back about $2 million for it, that had been cut, and about $30 million for the Stafford interchange project.
