More than 70% of People Affected by "Sunday Night Blues"

The time from when you get off work today until Monday morning should be a blissful break from stress, but 78% of people surveyed say they suffer from the Sunday night Blues.
So how do you kick it? Before you leave work today, plan out your Monday. At home, try to relax or put your feelings on paper to get them out of your head. Unplug your work-world devices and try to schedule something fun to look forward to next week.
