An Alexandria man is injured and in trouble after trying to speed away from a Spotsylvania County deputy near Massapponax Church Road on Sturday evening.
The Lieutenant estimates the man was going in excess of 100 miles per hour. The deputy saw the driver loose control and hit a guardrail before, before being thrown over it and suffering multiple broken bones and internal injuries.
Marcos Suniga-Raudales was taken to Mary Washington Hospital.  Warrants have been issued on him for felony eluding of a law enforcement officer, reckless driving, no valid drivers license, no motorcycle license endorsement, failure to register a vehicle with the DMV and driving without valid insurance.
