N.J. Terrorist Hideout Actually NYPD Operation

<VIDEO>  On June 2, 2009, an apartment superintendent in New Brunswick, N.J., stumbled upon what he thought was a terrorist hideout and called 911. It was really an NYPD operation to conduct surveillance well outside its jurisdiction.
