Ready, set, run. The Marine Corps Marathon releases the course for the 38th race on Sunday, October 27th in Arlington.
This year it sends runners on a flatter ground and a new approach to the U.S. Capitol. They now go along the Rock Creekand Potomac Parkways. That takes out a 150 foot grade that was a challenge for some. Everybody still has to maintain a 14 minute-per-mile pace. get a bird's eye view of the changes on www.marinemarathon.com.
