Dolly loses steam

BROWNSVILLE, Texas (AP) - Hurricane Dolly has lost strength after making landfall at South Padre Island, Texas. She has top sustained winds of 95 miles per hour. Forecasters say the storm is on a track taking it farther inland over southern Texas. A hurricane warning remains in effect from Brownsville to Corpus Christi. Watch report here
