Nats will finish spring schedule against O's

WASHINGTON (AP) - The Washington Nationals will wrap up their spring training schedule with two games against the Baltimore Orioles.

The 2009 exhibition schedule announced Wednesday by Washington ends with an April 4 game against the Orioles at Nationals Park. The teams also will play April 3 in Norfolk, Va., at the home stadium of Baltimore's Triple-A affiliate.

Washington's pitchers and catchers are to report to the team's spring training site in Viera, Fla., on Feb. 14. Position players report Feb. 17, and the first full-squad workout is Feb. 19.

The Nationals' first spring training game is Feb. 25, on the road against the Houston Astros at Kissimmee, Fla. Their first home game at Space Coast Stadium is the next day against the Detroit Tigers.

The Nationals will host 15 games in Viera, including an exhibition against Italy's World Baseball Classic team March 3. Tickets for the team's spring training home games go on sale Jan. 17.
