Texas billionaire surrenders to FBI

DALLAS (AP) - The attorney for R. Allen Stanford, chairman of troubled Stanford Financial Group, says the Texas billionaire surrendered to FBI agents in Stafford Thursday. FBI agents were parked outside a residence where he was staying. Stanford walked out and asked if the agents had a warrant.
