The man accused in the brutal death of a food delivery driver last summer gets a hefty sentence.

Jermaine Montgomery's plea in a Spotsylvania County court Monday leaves him with three life sentences and no eligibility for parole.

He is charged with capital murder, robbery and the abduction of 24-year-old Yong Zhang.

Expert testimony against the fact that Zhang was further mutilated with a knife made him Montgomery ineligible for the death penalty.
