An examination and autopsy by the Office of the Medical Examiner in Manassas rules that the man discovered Wednesday in his car at the I-66 Manassas Rest Area/Welcome Center died of natural causes.
A VDOT attendant notified State Police of the deceased male just after 2:00 p.m. State police immediately responded to the scene to investigate. The man was 51 years old and a resident of Haymarket.
