One man is dead and three others injured following an early morning alcohol and speed related crash Thursday in Alexandria.
It happens on the south I-395 ramp to Route 236. An Audi A8 ran off the road, spun around and struck a tree. The impact was severe enough to split the vehicle in half. Both back seat passengers were ejected.
The driver, Javed Hussaini of Manassas and two passenger was transported to a hospital. A. Tawab Ebadi, of Chantilly, died at the scene. Hussani is charged with DUI related manslaughter.
