Thousands are expected to descend on downtown Fredericksburg tomorrow for the 4th annual Capital Ale House Oktoberfest. Karen Hedelt with the Fredericksburg Department of Tourism says visitors and locals should look out for some road closures.
There are also municipal lots throughout the city and the parking garage off Sophia Street.
