A New York man was killed in an early morning crash along I-95 in Stafford County.
State police report that a car traveling South along the highway driven by 20-year-old Ty Shaun L. Holloway of Hampton went off the left side of the road and crossed the median and continued into the Northbound lanes near the Centerport Parkway Interchange. The car then struck a sedan, which then struck another car and a box truck.
Holloway was taken to Stafford Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. His passenger 20-year-old Dejonniza Q. White of the Bronx died at the scene.
The driver of the second car, David J. Schwartz of Fredericksburg was taken to Stafford Hospital for treatment and released.
The drivers of the other car and truck were not injured.
Holloway has been charged with reckless driving.
