Fredericksburg Police Department Incident Reports

TUESDAY, JUNE 18, 2013
LARCENY:
300 block Brock Sq, 6/10 – 6/17 5:20 p.m. A city resident contacted police when she found her
son's bicycle, which had been stolen from her home, secured outside of Labor Ready on
Jefferson Davis Highway. Witnesses provided information concerning the identity of the
individual who has been in possession of the stolen bike, and after further investigation the
officer obtained a warrant against Howard Gates, 21, of Fredericksburg charging him with petit
larceny. Gates had not been arrested by the time of this report.
VANDALISM:
Old Town Realty, 906 Caroline St, 6/15 – 6/17 9:00 p.m. An officer reported that graffiti was
found spray painted on the rear of the building. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Taurean Thompson, 23, of Stafford was arrested for DUI in the 3100 block of Fall Hill Avenue.
Juvenile female, 17, was arrested for DUI, underage possession of alcohol, underage possession
of tobacco, and possession of marijuana.
ARRESTS:
Richard Scott, 50, of no fixed address was arrested on a warrant from Florida charging him with
felony probation violation.
Jonathan Coleman, 27, of Woodford was arrested on a warrant from Spotsylvania charging him
with felony probation violation.
David Latson, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from Prince William charging
him with obstruction of justice.
Robert Baker, 62, of no fixed address was arrested for failure to pay a cab fare.
Juvenile male, 17, was arrested for underage possession of alcohol.
Joshua Booker, 19, of Fredericksburg was arrested for underage possession of alcohol and
possession of marijuana.

**UPDATES**

Armed Robbery *ARREST – On June 14th, detectives from the Robbery Unit were able to identify the suspect involved in the robbery which was reported to have occurred at the Currency Exchange International kiosk located at Potomac Mills Mall, 2700 Potomac Mills Cir in Woodbridge on June 13th. The accused is a juvenile and was arrested near his residence without incident on June 14th. Investigators also executed a search warrant the suspect's home.

Armed Robbery [Previously Released] On June 13th at 10:52AM, police responded to the Currency Exchange International kiosk located at Potomac Mills Mall, 2700 Potomac Mills Cir in Woodbridge (22192) for a robbery. The employee reported to police that an unknown man approached the counter and passed a note demanding money. The man took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency before fleeing the area. No injuries were reported. Upon reviewing security footage, it was discovered that the man was armed with a handgun.















**UPDATES**

Indecent Exposure *SUSPECT IDENTIFIED – On June 14th, investigating officers were able to identify the suspect involved in the indecent exposure incident which was reported to have occurred at the Noodles & Co located at 13900 Shoppers Best Way in Woodbridge on June 13th. Following the investigation, warrants were obtained against the suspect.

Indecent Exposure [Previously Released] On June 13th at 9:08PM, police responded to the Noodles & Co located at 13900 Shoppers Best Way in Woodbridge (22192) for an indecent exposure. Patrons of the restaurant reported to police that an unknown man was sitting at one of the tables inside the establishment. While sitting at the table, the man exposed himself to a group of women sitting across from him. The suspect left prior to police arrival.
Suspect Description:
White male, between 55 & 60 years of age, 6'4", 260lbs with a heavy build, short gray hair, mustache, and brown eyes
Last seen wearing a green polo shirt and black running shorts

**INCIDENTS**

Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling – On June 17th at 1:44AM, police responded to the 13700 block of Keelingwood Cir in Woodbridge (22191) for a shots fired call. Multiple callers reported hearing several gunshots being fired in the above area. As officers were checking the area, a homeowner came forward reporting damage to his residence. The homeowner reported that he was asleep inside his residence when he heard a bullet come through his window and strike his ceiling. No injuries were reported. Officers were not able to locate a shooter.

Residential Burglary – On June 16th at 12:37AM, police responded to the 10400 block of Butterfield Sr in Manassas (20110) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 5:00PM and 10:00PM. There were no signs of forced entry into the home. Entry is believed to have been made through an unlocked rear door. A laptop and camera, valued around $2,000, in addition to, an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency were reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On June 15th at 9:33PM, police responded to the 14400 block of Macon Grove Ln in Gainesville (20155) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 7:00PM on May 17th and 12:00PM on June 3rd. There were no signs of forced entry into the home. An iPad, iPad mini, electronic tablet, and cell phone, valued around $2,500, were reported missing.

**INCIDENTS** (Continued)

Commercial Burglary – On June 14th at 11:10PM, police responded to the Southlake Recreation Center located at 5070 Higgins Dr in Dumfries (22025) for a burglary. Property manager reported to police that the burglary occurred between 11:00PM on June 12th and 8:00AM on June 13th. Entry appeared to have been made through a door which had been forced open. An undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency was reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On June 13th at 10:03AM, police responded to the 16900 block of Jed Forest Ln in Dumfries (22026) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 5:45AM and 7:30AM. There were no signs of forced entry into the home. Entry is believed to have been made through an unlocked rear sliding glass door. Miscellaneous property and undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency were reported missing.

Commercial Burglary – On June 13th at 8:21AM, police responded to Potomac E-Scrap located at 7917 Wellingford Dr in Manassas (20110) for a burglary. Employee reported to police that the burglary occurred between 5:30PM on June 12th and 8:00AM on June 13th. An unknown suspect(s) threw a cinderblock through an office window to gain access. An undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency was reported missing

Attempted Residential Burglary – On June 15th at 10:22PM, police responded to the 5700 block of Rhode Island Dr in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary in progress. Homeowner reported to police that he was inside his home when he heard a loud banging noise coming from the front door. Upon checking the noise, the homeowner discovered his front door was damaged and ajar. No property was reported missing and no suspect was seen. A police K-9 was used in the search for the suspect.

Fredericksburg Police Department Incident Reports

MONDAY, JUNE 17, 2013
ASSAULT:
1000 block Wicklow Dr, 6/15 7:45 p.m. Police responded to Mary Washington Hospital for a
report of a female who had been injured during an assault. The 24-year-old victim reported that
she was on the path behind the Fall Hill 7-Eleven when she encountered two females who were
walking toward the store. One of the females instigated an argument and then grabbed the
victim by the arms and started wrestling with her. During the fight, the victim was cut on her
wrist and arm and later received stitches. The assailant was described as a heavyset white female
in her 30s wearing a turquoise tank top and jeans. The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY:
Lonestar Steakhouse, 2051 Plank Rd, 6/14 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. An employee reported that an
unknown person stole her iPhone from an employee common area. No suspects or witnesses at
this time.
200 block Duke St, 6/16 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. A resident reported that his bicycle was stolen
from the yard. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.
2000 block Plank Rd, 6/8 – 6/16 4:20 p.m. A Lancaster resident reported that an unknown
person stole the rear license plate from her car. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
400 block Cobblestone Dr, 6/9 – 6/16 5:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
stole his motorcycle from the parking lot. The bike was described as a white 2008 Honda with a
Virginia license plate. The investigation is ongoing.
VANDALISM:
100 block Hickock Cir, 6/15 1:15 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person scratched
and damaged his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
500 block Wolfe St, 6/14 – 6/15 8:30 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person flattened
a tire and scratched the hood of his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
7-Eleven, 905 Lafayette Blvd, 6/16 12:00 a.m. – 12:30 a.m. The clerk reported that an unknown
person punctured two tires on her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Church of Christ, 336 Riverside Dr, 6/15 – 6/16 6:00 a.m. A city resident reported that an
unknown person shattered a window and the windshield of his vehicle in the parking lot. No
suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Charles O'Donnell, 46, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI in the 1200 block of Gateway
Boulevard.
Holly Caudle, 23, of Manassas was arrested for DUI in the 2200 block of Plank Road.
Brandon Sullivan, 25, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 1100 block of Townsend
Boulevard.
Ramiro Zuniga-Gutierrez, 26, of Fort Worth, Texas was arrested for endangering the welfare of a
child and DUI in the 2600 block of Fall Hill Avenue.
Nina Brown, 30, of Bowling Green was arrested for two counts of endangering the welfare of a
child and DUI in the 1300 block of Dixon Street.
Johnathan Pendleton, 47, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 1900 block of Dixon
Street.
ARRESTS:
Theresa Thackrah-Ricciardi, 50, of Spotsylvania was arrested for felony shoplifting from
Walmart and possession of marijuana.
Juvenile male, 16, was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.

Benjamin Clarke, 29, of Ruther Glen was arrested for possession of marijuana, assault, and
brandishing a firearm.

Shermel Lewis, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana with the intent to
distribute.

BURGLARY:
1000 block Bakersfield Ln, 6/13 – 6/14 5:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
entered his unsecured garage and stole items of value from both vehicles and from the storage
area of the building. The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY:
200 block Morningside Dr, 6/5 – 6/13 11:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
stole a package that had been delivered to her door by Federal Express. No suspects or witnesses
at this time.
ARRESTS:

Prince William County Police Department Incident Report

**INCIDENTS**

Armed Robbery – On June 13th at 6:34AM, police responded to the commuter lot located in the area of Gordon Blvd and Old Bridge Rd in Woodbridge (22192) for a robbery. The victim, a 24 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was sitting in his vehicle at the commuter lot when an unknown man approached and opened his door. The man then struck the victim with a metal pipe and demanded his property. The man took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency and a cell phone before getting into a vehicle, occupied by an unknown female driver, and fleeing the area. Minor injuries were reported.
Suspect Descriptions:
White male [assailant], between 25 & 30 years of age, 6'0", 190lbs with a muscular build and short hair
Last seen wearing an A-shirt, blue jeans, and brown boots

Black female [driver], between 25 & 30 years of age, with a heavy build and collar length black hair
Last seen wearing a gray shirt – no further description

Vehicle Description:
Late 2000's model, silver, 4-door sedan – possibly a Toyota Camry with a green & yellow license plate


Armed Robbery – On June 13th at 12:28AM, police responded to the area of Blue Pool Dr and Brandy Moor Lp in Woodbridge (22191) for a robbery. The victim, a 36 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was walking towards his home in the above area when he was approached by an unknown vehicle. As the vehicle got closer to the victim, an unknown male passenger exited and approached the victim. The victim reported hearing a gun being racked and began to run away. The unknown man caught up to the victim and demanded property. The man took the victim's wallet and cell phone before getting back into the vehicle and fleeing the area. No injuries were reported and no other occupants of the vehicle were seen by the victim.
Suspect Description:
Black male, between 20 & 30 years of age, 6'1", 180lbs with a medium build and short black hair
Last seen wearing light blue jeans – no further description

Vehicle Description:
Older model, red, 4-sdoor sedan – possibly a Nissan Sentra

Vicious Dog Attack – On June 12th at 2:14PM, Animal Control Officers and police responded to the 10100 block of Cannon Ball Ct in Manassas (20109) for a report of a dog attack. The investigation revealed that a homeowner of an address in the above area was watching another family members' dog, a 10 year old male Pit Bull, when it attacked the victim, a 23 year old woman of Manassas, who was visiting the residence at the time. The homeowner was attempting to put the dog in the backyard when he got loose and, without provocation, attacked the victim, biting her to her hand, face, and foot. A neighbor heard screaming at the residence and he, along with a visiting friend and another neighbor, entered the residence to help. All 3 men struggled with the dog, however, the dog continued to bite the victim. To stop the attack, one of the men removed his belt and choked the dog, inadvertently killing him. This action stopped the attack and the possibility for further, more significant injuries to the victim. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Only minor injuries were reported by the homeowner and the three men. The dogs' body has since been transported to an animal clinic for testing. Citations were issued for no county dog license and no proof of rabies vaccination.

Attempted Residential Burglary – On June 12th at 6:30PM, police responded to the 12800 block of Apollo Dr in Woodbridge (22193) for an attempted burglary. Homeowner reported to police that between 6:30PM on June 11th and 6:00PM on June 12th, an unknown person(s) attempted entry into the residence through a rear basement window. The screen to the window had been cut and removed. No entry was made into the residence and no property was reported missing.


**ARRESTS**

Larbie, Jacob.jpgStrong Armed Robbery | Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On June 11th at 12:41PM, police responded to the Aldie Food Store located at 10294 Portsmouth Rd in Manassas (20109) for a robbery. An employee, a 25 year old woman of Manassas, reported to police that an unknown man approached her and grabbed an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency from her register. A struggle ensued between the man and the victim before he fled on foot. Minor Injuries were reported. Responding officers located the suspect, identified as the accused, at a nearby business. Two officers attempted to arrest the accused, at which point, he pulled away from one of the officer and elbowed the other officer to his face. The accused then attempted to flee on foot but was quickly detained without further incident. The money reported missing during the robbery was located and returned to the business.

?Grand Larceny Auto – On June 12th at 4:16AM, a Prince William County police officer attempted to stop a vehicle in the area of Wayside Dr and Cosgrove Way in Dumfries (22026) for a traffic violation. The driver ignored the officers' emergency equipment and continued to the area of River Heritage Blvd where the three occupants bailed out of the vehicle and fled on foot. Two of the occupants were located and arrested by responding officers. The third occupant was also later located and arrested. Detectives from the Property Crimes Unit were able to determine that the vehicle involved in this incident was stolen from a dealership on Canal Rd in Dumfries. Detectives were further able to develop another suspect involved in an unrelated stolen vehicle from a mechanic shop located on Old Stagecoach Rd in Dumfries. Following the investigation, all four suspects, identified as juveniles, were arrested. Detectives are continuing other stolen vehicle investigations which may be related.

Prince William County Incident Reports

**UPDATES**

Armed Robbery | Attempted Malicious Wounding *ARREST – On June 11th, detectives from the Violent Crimes Bureau, officers from the K-9 and Tactical Units, and members of the U.S. Marshals' Fugitive Task Force located and arrested the accused involved in the shooting and robbery which was reported to have occurred in the 5600 block of 5628 Reardon Ln in Woodbridge on June 6th. The accused was arrested without incident at an address 2800 block of Woodmark Dr. Search warrants were also executed at two addresses on Woodmark Dr relating to the investigation.

Charged with robbery, attempted malicious wounding, and the use of a firearm in commission of a felony

Armed Robbery | Attempted Malicious Wounding [Previously Released] On June 6th at 12:58AM, police responded to the 5600 block of 5628 Reardon Ln in Woodbridge (22193) for a shooting. The victim, a 21 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he had just returned home when he was approached from behind by a man that he recognized as a known acquaintance. The man, identified as the PHOENIX suspect, displayed a handgun and demanded narcotics. During the encounter, the victim assaulted the accused. The accused then fired a gunshot towards the victim before taking his car keys and a pair of sunglasses from the victim's vehicle. The accused then fled the area on foot. No injuries were reported. The investigation revealed that after the accused had fled, the victim called another acquaintance, ZINDA, before calling police. Prior to police arrival, the victim removed marijuana from his vehicle and placed it in the vehicle belonging to ZINDA. Officers were able to determine that the victim, MOSSEY, was the owner of the narcotics and that the accused, ZINDA, was also in possession of marijuana. This incident was not random and was determined to be drug related. Following the investigation, the victim, MOSSEY, and the accused, ZINDA, were arrested and warrants were obtained against PHOENIX.

**INCIDENTS**

Indecent Exposure – On June 11th at 8:20AM, police responded to the Wal-Mart located at 17041 Jefferson Davis Highway in Dumfries (22026) for an indecent exposure. The victim told police that at about 7:50AM she saw a male expose himself through his pants. Police arrived on scene and were unable to locate the suspect.

Lookout: Black Male, 5'08", 140 pounds with black afro style hair between 15-25 years old. He was last seen wearing glasses, a white t-shirt and green pajama pants with pictures of money on it. He was last seen driving a white older model Honda Civic with black trim.







Commercial Burglary – On June 10th at 9:55AM police responded to the Tactical Solutions Shop located at 14546 Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge (22192) for a burglary. The owner reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime between 3:00PM on June 8th and 9:55AM on June 10th. Entry appeared to have been made through a side window. The window had security bars which had been pried away and window broken. US Currency, bracelets, knives, flashlights and other miscellaneous items with a value of about $1775.00 were reported missing.

LARCENY:
Hard Times Café, 314 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 6/10 9:30 p.m. A patron reported that an unknown
person stole her cell phone from her table while she was playing pool. No suspects or witnesses
at this time.
Parcel Plus, 1285 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 6/11 3:30 p.m. The owner reported that a male subject
stole his keys from the counter while he was assisting another customer. A suspect has been
identified and the investigation is ongoing.
ARRESTS:
Robert Baker, 62, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.

Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office Incident Reports

Arrests Made, June 3, 2013 – June 9, 2013

Theft
On 6/8/13, Deputy E. Perkins, arrested Michele Marion, 39 of Spotsylvania County for 2 counts Forgery and Uttering, 1 count Petit Theft in the area of Heatherwood Drive.

On 6/6/13, Detective Swift arrested Adam Caldwell, 24 of Spotsylvania, in the 6700 Block of Timberbrook Lane for Grand Larceny of a four wheeler.

On 6/4/13, Sr. Deputy R. Wahl responded to Macys for a reported larceny. Keyouna Richardson, 18 of Fredericksburg was released on a summons for petit larceny.

On 6/3/13, Sergeant Belcher arrested Otis Knapp, 30 of Stafford for Shoplifting from Wal-Mart.

OFFICERS LOCATE HIT AND RUN DRIVER: On June 10 at 4:40 p.m. officers responded to a daycare center in the 12100 block of Charles Street in La Plata for the report of a hit and run crash. The driver of a 1994 Chevrolet truck backed into the support post of a porch awning in the area where children were being picked up and then fled; no one was injured. Officers canvassed the area and found the suspect's vehicle. After further investigation, the suspect was located at her house where officers also found heroin and drug paraphernalia. Nicole Ann Wood, 22, of Hughesville, was arrested and charged with 16 traffic offenses, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officer J. Morales made the arrest.

BURGLARY: Between April 20 – June 9, unknown suspect(s) broke into a vacant house in the 9600 block of Bel Alton Road in La Plata and stole copper. Officer J. Squriewell is investigating.

THEFT FROM AUTO: On June 8, a woman reported that unknown suspect(s) stole a camera and a lens from her car which was parked in the 5200 block of Lamprey Court in Waldorf. The owner said the camera had been left in the car for about a week and she was not sure when the theft actually occurred. Officer P. Morgan, III is investigating.

OFFICERS APPREHEND WHEEL AND TIRE RIM THEFT SUSPECT: On June 5 at 4 a.m., officers responded to a new car dealer lot in the 3100 block of Crain Highway in Waldorf after a security guard spotted a suspicious person in the parking lot. Responding officers tactfully approached the area and saw a man matching the suspect's description hiding between cars. Once the man realized he had been spotted, he fled into a wooded area and refused to stop. Officers established a perimeter and the suspect was located and arrested. Officers went back to the dealership and found a Cadillac Escalade had been stripped of its wheels and rims and was sitting on concrete blocks. The tires and rims were located by the officers on the side of a nearby business. Officers also located a van the suspect was driving which turned out to be stolen from Prince George's County. The wheels were returned to the car dealer and the suspect, Brandyn Terrell Green, 27, of Washington, D.C., was arrested and charged with burglary. Cpl. J. Burroughs made the arrest.

WOMAN CHARGED WITH POSSESSION OF DRUGS AFTER CRASHING CAR: On June 5 at 7:30 p.m., officers responded to the 5000 block of Bryantown Road in Hughesville for the report of single vehicle car crash. The caller said several people were restraining the driver of the car who appeared to be under the influence. When officers arrived, the driver, Sheila Wilkerson, 34, of Brandywine, tried to run away but she was apprehended. Officers found suspected PCP and other drug paraphernalia in her car. Wilkerson was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and traffic charges. Cpl. M Clark made the arrest.

OFFICERS APPREHEND THEFT SUSPECTS: On May 30 at 4 p.m., officers responded to a wireless telephone store at Festival Way in Waldorf after three suspects ripped three phones from a display case and ran. The same suspects then went to another wireless phone store at Market Place and stole more phones from a display case. Two off duty MPD officers observed the thefts and followed the suspects while calling the Charles County Sheriff's Office. Officers spotted the suspects in a vehicle traveling north on Route 301. A traffic stop was initiated and officers recovered five stolen cell phones. The suspects Tyrell Jerome Williams, 18; Daniel Earl Coates, 27; and James Dionte Taylor, 18, all of Waldorf, were arrested and charged with theft. Pfc J. Garner and Pfc C. McPherson made the arrests.

RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE: On June 5 at 2 a.m., Officer E. Weaver was patrolling the 3000 block of Crain Highway in Waldorf when he observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant. A computer check revealed the car was stolen from Montgomery County. The female driver of the car was operating the vehicle on a suspended driver's license and the male occupant had an open warrant in Prince George's County. A 4-year-old male was also in the car; he was taken to a relative's house. The driver was charged with driving on a suspended license and the male was charged with having an open warrant. Both were charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.

ATTEMPTED BURGLARY:
Olde Silk Mill, 1708 Caroline St, 6/9 – 6/10 9:00 a.m. The owner reported that an unknown
person attempted to gain entry to a storage building on the property by kicking in the door. The
investigation is ongoing.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY:
1200 block Rowe St, 6/8 – 6/10 12:00 p.m. A property manager reported that he found evidence
inside the home indicating that someone had entered the vacant residence. The investigation is
ongoing.
LARCENY:
2300 block Cowan Blvd, 6/6 – 6/10 10:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole
a package that had been delivered by the postal service and left outside her door. No suspects or
witnesses at this time.
VANDALISM:
Rosner Volvo, 1001 Noble Way, 6/8 – 6/10 6:45 a.m. An employee reported that an unknown
person damaged the key lock box. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1000 block Hotchkiss Pl, 6/6 – 6/10 9:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
slashed two of the tires on her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
800 block Marye St, 6/10 10:30 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person shattered the
glass in her front window with a basketball. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Charles County Sheriff’s Office Seek Robbery Suspect’s Identity

7-11 Robbery Photo 2.jpgThe Charles County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in identifying a man responsible for robbing a convenience store in the 6200 block of Crain Highway in La Plata. A photo of the suspect was captured on a surveillance camera and Charles County Crime Solvers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the suspect's arrest.
On June 10 at 11:35 p.m., the suspect walked into the store, approached a clerk, implied he had a gun and demanded money. The clerk complied and the suspect fled.
The suspect is a white male, mid 30's to early 40's, 5'10" with a medium build, short dark hair, unshaven, wearing gray sweat pants, a black jacket and a hooded shirt.

Prince William County Police Department Incident Report

**INCIDENTS**

Armed Robbery – On June 9th at 11:21PM, police responded to the Exxon Service Station located at 3514 Old Bridge Rd in Woodbridge (22192) for a robbery. Employees reported to police that three unknown, masked men entered the business and approached the counter. One of the men displayed a handgun and demanded money. All three men fled the business with an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency from the business and a patron's wallet and cell phone before fleeing the area on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspects.
Suspect Descriptions:
All 3 suspects were described as black males, between 20 & 30 years of age, 6'0", 160lbs with medium builds
1st male was last seen wearing a gray jacket and blue jeans

2nd male was last seen wearing a black jacket and blue jeans

3rd male was last seen wearing black t-shirt and jeans

Strong Armed Robbery – On June 9th at 10:05PM, police responded to the area Bel Air Rd and Jefferies Rd in Woodbridge (22191) for a robbery. The victim, a 47 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was walking in the area above when he encountered an unknown man and an unknown woman. During the encounter, the male suspect assaulted the victim before taking the victim's bag containing food items and fleeing the area.
Suspects Descriptions:
A black male, between 20 & 25 years of age, 5'6", 140lbs with a thin build, short black hair, and brown eyes
Last seen wearing a white t-shirt – no further description

Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On June 9th at 11:49PM, police responded to the Dumfries Commuter Lot located at 17391 Dumfries Rd in Dumfries (22026) for a shots fired call. Caller from nearby Briarwood Dr reported to police that he heard multiple gun shots in the area of the commuter lot. While investigating, officers were approached by other citizens who reported hearing the same noises. Officers checked the commuter lot and located several shell casings. No injuries or property damage were reported. One citizen reported seeing a tan colored SUV leaving the lot being driven by a white male. No other descriptions were provided to police of the suspect or vehicle.

Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On June 9th at 12:26AM, police responded to the 3700 block of Katie Pl in Triangle (22172) for a loud party complaint. As officers were arriving in the area, they heard multiple gun shots from the area of Katie Pl and Kyle Ln. There was a large crowd in the street which dispersed following the gunshots. Officers made contact with multiple party attendees but no shooter was located. No injuries or property damage was reported.

Residential Burglary – On June 8th at 2:49PM, police responded to the 3900 block of Sunny Brook Ct in Woodbridge (22192) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 10:45AM on June 7th and 2:30PM on June 8th. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Two Oriental rugs, valued around $2,000, were reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On June 7th at 6:43PM, police responded to the 2800 block of Woodmark Dr in Woodbridge (22191) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 7:15AM and 6:30PM. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made into the residence through an unsecured window. An iPad, valued around $500, in addition to, an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency were reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On June 6th at 5:58PM, police responded to the 12300 block of Manchester Way in Woodbridge (22192) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 12:00PM and 5:45PM. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear glass door which had been broken out. A laptop and jewelry, valued around $1,300, were reported missing.

Attempted Commercial Burglary – On June 10th at 2:07AM, police responded to the Applebee's located at 3330 Pine Bluff Dr in Dumfries (22026) for a burglary in progress. Employee reported to police that she was inside the restaurant performing inventory when she observed an unknown man break a side glass window. She observed a second unknown man outside towards the front of the restaurant. She yelled towards the men who then fled on foot. No entry was made into the business and no property was reported missing.

Last seen wearing a red sweatshirt with white lettering, black mask, and gloves

**ARRESTS**

Means, Alfred.jpgRape | Abduction – On June 8th, detectives from the Special Victims Bureau began an investigation into a rape which was reported to have occurred in the area of Par Dr and Vint Hill Rd in Nokesville (20181). The victim, a 21 year old woman of Manassas, reported to police that she picked up the accused, a known acquaintance, who directed her to the above area. Once there, the accused displayed a handgun and raped the victim. After the assault, the accused ordered the victim to drive him home. Following the investigation, warrants were obtained against the accused who was subsequently located and arrested without incident by detectives on Glenolden Rd. Search warrants were obtained and executed at the suspect's residence and the residence on Glenolden Rd. The firearm used in this incident was determined to be a BB gun.

Jimenez Davila, Rosa.jpgMalicious Wounding – On June 8th at 8:14AM, police responded to the 7500 block of Whitehall Dr in Manassas (20110) for an assault which occurred around 3:00AM that morning. The victim, a 39 year old woman of Manassas, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused struck the accused with a glass bottle causing a laceration to her head. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without further incident.

Hallie, Milton.jpgUse of a Communication System to Facilitate Certain Offenses with Children – On June 1st, detectives began an investigation involving pornographic messages being sent to a juvenile by an adult which was reported to have occurred in the 13600 block of Bentley Cl in Woodbridge (22192). The investigation revealed that the victim, a 15 year old female of Woodbridge, was sent inappropriate messages and pictures by the accused, a known acquaintance, between January and May of 2013. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested on June 7th.

An ADC officer reported to police that he was booking the accused on unrelated charges when she began to pull away and not comply. During the encounter, the accused kicked the officer. The accused was eventually detained without further incident. Minor injuries were reported.

Prince William County Police Department Incident Report

**UPDATES**

?Armed Robberies *ARREST – On June 4th, members of the U.S. Marshals' Fugitive Task Force located and arrested the suspect involved in two robberies which were reported to have occurred in the Dumfries and Woodbridge areas of Prince William County on May 3rd and May 23rd. The accused was arrested without incident by the task force in Martinsburg, WV. On June 5th, detectives from the Prince William County Police Robbery Unit, Manassas City Police, and Fairfax County Police executed a search warrant at the suspect's home located at 14029 Baneberry Cir in Manassas. The accused is currently being held in West Virginia awaiting extradition back to Virginia. The accused has also been charged in reference to a robbery out of Fairfax County.

Armed Robbery [Previously Released] On May 23rd at 4:08PM, police responded to the MVC located at 17505 Jefferson Davis Hwy in Dumfries (22026) for a robbery. An employee reported to police that an unknown man entered the business, displayed a handgun, and demanded money. The man fled the store with an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency. No injuries were reported. It is currently unknown if the suspect fled on foot or in a vehicle. A police K-9 was used in the search for the suspect.

Armed Robbery [Previously Released] On May 3rd at 9:28AM, police responded to the Cashpoint located at 1391 Old Bridge Rd in Woodbridge (22193) for a robbery. Employees reported to police that an unknown, masked man entered the business, displayed a handgun, and demanded money. The man took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency and a purse before fleeing the area on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect.


Brandishing – On June 6th at 2:00PM, police responded to the 18100 block of Kilmer Ln in Triangle (22172) for an initial report of an attempted robbery. The victim, a 36 year old man of Triangle, reported to police that he was cleaning out his vehicle when he was approached by three unknown men wearing masks. One of the men displayed a handgun but did not demand anything from the victim. The victim confronted the men and all three suspects fled on foot. No injuries were reported and no property was taken. Officer established a perimeter around the area and a police K-9 was used to search for the suspects.

1st male [armed suspect] was 6'0", 170lbs with a medium build and brown eyes

Residential Burglary – On June 6th at 5:51PM, police responded to the 15900 block of Canada Goose Lp in Woodbridge (22191) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that her home was burglarized sometime around 4:30AM that morning. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. A gold chain, valued around $100, was reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On June 6th at 4:20PM, police responded to the 3200 block of Grady Ln in Woodbridge (22192) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:00AM and 4:20PM. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear door which had been forced open. Jewelry, valued around $25,000, was reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On June 6th at 12:30PM, police responded to the 13100 block of Armstead St in Woodbridge (22191) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 6:00AM and 12:00PM. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear window which had been broken out. Multiple firearms and a laptop, valued around $4,500, were reported missing.

The victim, a 43 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she was inside the building when she encountered an unknown man, later identified as the accused. The accused exposed himself to the victim and propositioned her for sex. Officers were able to locate the accused standing just outside of the building. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

ROBBERY:
300 block Tyler St, 6/6 5:40 p.m. A 45-year-old city resident reported that he was walking on
Tyler Street when he was approached by three male subjects, all of whom were armed with
handguns. According to the victim, the offenders pointed their weapons at him and stole his
wallet and cell phone; they then left in a 4-door sedan, possibly dark grey in color. The suspects
were described as three black males in their 30's. The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY:
600 block Cobblestone Blvd, 6/2 – 6/4 5:30 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
stole a camera and some camping equipment from his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this

Prince William County Police Department Incident Report


**INCIDENTS**

Armed Robbery | Attempted Malicious Wounding – On June 6th at 12:58AM, police responded to the 5600 block of 5628 Reardon Ln in Woodbridge (22193) for a shooting. The victim, a 21 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he had just returned home when he was approached from behind by a man that he recognized as a known acquaintance. The man, identified as the PHOENIX suspect, displayed a handgun and demanded narcotics. During the encounter, the victim assaulted the accused. The accused then fired a gunshot towards the victim before taking his car keys and a pair of sunglasses from the victim's vehicle. The accused then fled the area on foot. No injuries were reported. The investigation revealed that after the accused had fled, the victim called another acquaintance, ZINDA, before calling police. Prior to police arrival, the victim removed marijuana from his vehicle and placed it in the vehicle belonging to ZINDA. Officers were able to determine that the victim, MOSSEY, was the owner of the narcotics and that the accused, ZINDA, was also in possession of marijuana. This incident was not random and was determined to be drug related. Following the investigation, the victim, MOSSEY, and the accused, ZINDA, were arrested and warrants were obtained against PHOENIX.

Residential Burglary – On June 5th at 3:25PM, police responded to the 14700 block of Barksdale St in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary in progress. An occupant of the residence reported to police that she was upstairs in her bedroom when she heard a noise followed by unknown voices on a lower floor. The men had entered the residence through a rear sliding glass door which they had broken out. Once inside, the men ransacked the house while the occupant of the home hid. The men then left the residence a short time later. No property was reported missing. This incident does not appear to be random.

Residential Burglary – On June 3rd at 12:20PM, police responded to the 7700 block of Keara Ct in Manassas (20109) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 11:05AM and 11:50AM. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made into the residence through a window. Shoes, valued around $650, in addition to, an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency were reported missing.

The investigation revealed that the victim, a 14 year old female of Gainesville, was picked up by the accused, a known acquaintance, and driven to the area above. Once there, the accused sexually assaulted the victim. After the assault, the accused let the victim out of the vehicle and drove away. The accused was eventually located and following the investigation, was arrested.

Carnal Knowledge | Residential Burglary – On June 4th at 12:36AM, police responded to the 1400 block of Oregon Ave in Woodbridge (22191) for an initial report of a burglary in progress. Homeowner reported to police that the accused, A. OSORIO, had forcibly entered her residence in the above area and confronted the victim, a 13 year old female. The accused had climbed a ladder to a second floor window and attempted to enter the victim's bedroom through a window. The victim attempted to stop the accused but was not able. Once inside, a verbal altercation ensued between the accused and the victim which prompted police to respond to the home. The investigation revealed that the victim was involved in a relationship with the husband of the accused, identified as D. OSORIO-ORTIZ, which led to this incident. During the investigation, detectives further learned that a second man, identified as LEIVA, was also involved with the victim. Following the investigation, the accused parties involved were arrested.

Employees reported to police that an unknown man entered the business, armed with a handgun, and demanded money. The man took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency before fleeing the area on foot. Homeowner reported to police that that the burglary occurred between 10:00AM and 10:30PM. Entry appeared to have been made into the residence through a rear glass door which had been broken out. A laptop and equipment, valued around $900, were reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On June 4th at 5:52PM, police responded to the 12000 block of Falling Creek Dr in Manassas (20112) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:30PM on June 2nd and 3:30PM on June 4th. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made through an unlocked rear door. A TV, jewelry, equipment, and other property, valued around $15,000, were reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On June 4th at 2:43PM, police responded to the 13000 block Kahns Rd in Manassas (20112) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 9:30AM and 2:30PM. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear glass door which had been broken out. Two gaming consoles with related games and equipment, valued around $2,400, were reported missing.


Commercial Burglary – On June 4th at 3:01AM, police responded to Pizza Gourmet located at 12425 Hedges Run Dr in Woodbridge (22192) for a burglary. Employees reported to police that the burglary occurred between 10:00PM on June 3rd and 3:00AM on June 4th. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear window which had been broken out. An undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency was reported missing.

Attempted Residential Burglary – On June 4th at 8:59PM, police responded to the 7900 block of Community Dr in Manassas (20109) for a burglary in progress. Homeowner reported to police that she heard a loud noise coming from the front door. Upon checking the noise, the homeowner observed a group of unknown men running from the area. It appeared one of the men attempted to kick open the door. No entry was made into the residence and no property was reported missing.

The victim, a 40 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused grabbed a golf club and struck the victim to his arm, shoulder, and head. The victim was able to get away and lock himself in a room within the residence. The accused fled prior to police arrival but was arrested later that morning. Minor injuries were reported.

LARCENY:
2200 block Caroline St, 6/1 – 6/4 1:50 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole his
wallet and a quantity of cash from his apartment. The investigation is ongoing.
VANDALISM:
400 block Cobblestone Dr, 6/3 – 6/4 9:00 p.m. – 7:50 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown
person broke a tail light on her vehicle. It was later discovered that three additional vehicles
belonging to residents suffered the same damage. The investigation is ongoing.
Bus Station, 1400 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 5/30 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. A driver reported that an
unknown person scratched and damaged her personal vehicle in the parking lot. No suspects or
witnesses at this time.
Curtis Estates, 6/3 – 6/4 10:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person damaged his
driveway gate in an apparent attempt to open it. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Charles County Sheriff's Office Incident Reports

FATAL CAR CRASH: On June 1 at 5:53 p.m., officers responded to the area of Oaks Drive and Serenity Drive in Hughesville for the report of a single vehicle car crash. A preliminary investigation showed Clyde Joseph Gainer, Jr., 51, of Charlotte Hall, was operating a Ford Ranger north on Oaks Road when he passed a car on the double yellow line. He lost control of his vehicle, struck a ditch and the vehicle overturned. Gainer was ejected and pronounced dead on the scene. Cpl. M. Clark of the Traffic Operations Unit is investigating.

THEFT: On June 3 between 6 a.m. – 4 p.m., unknown suspect(s) stole an air conditioner from a house in the 5700 block of Chapmans Landing Road in Indian Head. Officer C. Caywood is investigating.

ROBBERY: On June 3 at 9:13 p.m., a man entered a liquor store in the 11400 block of Berry Road, pulled a handgun and demanded money. The clerk complied and the suspect fled. Witnesses described the suspect as a black male, 6'0", in his 20's – 30's, wearing a pink stocking cap, white tank top, blue jeans, and sunglasses. Anyone with information is asked to call Det. A. THEFT FROM AUTOS: On June 3, during the overnight hours, unknown suspect(s) broke into cars parked in the area of Coastal Boulevard in White Plains and stole money and a purse. The CCSO is reminding residents to remove valuables from unattended motor vehicles. Officer J. Campbell is investigating.

THEFT FROM AUTOS: On June 2 between 4 a.m. – 6 a.m., unknown suspect(s) entered several unlocked cars in the 11100 block of Sewickley Street and Wildmeadows Street in Waldorf and stole money. Other valuables were left untouched. Pfc P. DeBoe is investigating.

THEFTS: On May 31 between midnight and 12 noon, unknown suspect(s) broke into two cars on Elsa Avenue and another car on Pebble Court in Waldorf and stole valuables which were left inside. Cpl. F. Tona is investigating.

**INCIDENTS**

Burglary while Armed – On June 3rd at 10:21PM, police responded to the 3800 block of Corona Ln in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary in progress. Homeowner reported to police that he answered the door after hearing a knock and encountered an unknown woman. The woman claimed to have known a resident of the home and was allowed inside. Once inside the home, two unknown men entered as well. One of the men displayed a handgun and demanded money. During the encounter, the armed man fired a round into the wall. The group took jewelry, a laptop, and undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency before fleeing the residence. No injuries were reported. This incident does not appear to be random.
Suspect Description:
Black female, between 16 & 20 years of age, 5'1", with a medium build, shoulder length black hair, and brown eyes
Last seen wearing a black jacket – no further description

Black male [armed suspect], between 18 & 22 years of age, 6'0", with a thin build, short black hair, and brown eyes
Last seen wearing all black clothing

Armed Robbery – On June 4th at 12:30AM, police responded to the 7600 block of Cass Pl in Manassas (20109) for a robbery. The victim's, both 16 year old males of Manassas, reported to police that they were in the area above when they were approached by three men, one of which they knew. The known acquaintance displayed a knife and robbed the victims of their cell phones. One of the victim's was assaulted during the encounter. Minor injuries were reported. The men fled the area prior to police arrival. A police K-9 was used in the search for the suspect. The investigation continues.








**INCIDENTS**

Residential Burglary – On June 3rd at 9:51PM, police responded to the 14300 block of Bellville Ave in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 6:00AM on June 1st and 9:00PM on June 3rd. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made into the residence through an unsecured window. No items of significant value were reported missing.

**ARRESTS**

Abduction | Domestic Assault & Battery – On June 3rd at 9:12PM, police responded to investigate a domestic assault which was reported to have occurred in the 4600 block of East Lawn Ave in Woodbridge (22193). The victim, 45 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused held the victim and refused to let her leave. The victim was eventually able to leave the residence and contact police. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Narcotics Investigation – On June 3rd at 4:24PM, police responded to the Econo Lodge located at 17005 Dumfries Rd in Dumfries (22025) for a narcotics call. Caller reported to police that two individuals were selling illegal narcotics from a room within the motel. Detectives from the Prince William-Manassas-Manassas Park Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant at the motel. As a result of the search, cocaine, evidence of distribution, a handgun, and an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency were seized. The following arrests were also made without incident.

Narcotics Investigation – On April 23rd, detectives from the Street Crimes Unit concluded a narcotics investigation involving the selling of marijuana with the following arrest which was made without incident in the 15000 block of Cardinal Dr in Dumfries (22025). As a result of the investigation, an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency was seized. This arrest was previously held for investigative purposes.

As a result of the search, suspected cocaine, marijuana, Oxycontin, Vicodin, and an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency were recovered. The following arrests were also made with incident. During the Detail, 40 Traffic Citations were issued, 16 Written Warnings, 3 Drug Arrest, 3 D.U.I.'s, and 1 Driving While suspended custodial arrest. MONDAY, JUNE 3, 2013
PEEPING TOM:
100 block Hickock Cir, 6/2 1:50 a.m. A resident reported that she saw a man looking in to her
home through the front door window while she was watching TV in the living room. The victim
recognized the man as a neighbor who lived on the same street. Walter Fields, 48, was located
by police at his residence; he was arrested and charged with peeping into an occupied residence.
Fields was incarcerated at the Rappahannock Regional Jail under a $5000 bond.
BURGLARY:
1900 block Woodlyn Dr, 6/1 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
entered his apartment through the unsecured sliding glass door and stole collectible coins and
some loose change. The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY:
VRE Lot G, 399 Prince Edward St, 6/2 10:00 a.m. An officer responded to a report of a male
subject breaking in to vehicles. The suspect was described as a young black male wearing a
white tank top, brown or tan shorts, and black glasses. Upon arrival, the officer did not locate the
suspect but he did find two cars with broken windows and obvious signs of tampering to the
consoles and glove boxes. The investigation is ongoing.
200 block Ferdinand St, 6/1 – 6/2 9:00 a.m. A resident reported that his lawn mower and gas can
were stolen from beneath his back yard deck. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VANDALISM:
Aladin's, 2052 Plank Rd, 6/1 1:00 a.m. A patron reported that a window on her vehicle was
broken during a fight involving two unknown men in the parking lot. No known suspects at this
time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Julio Gomez Perez, 21, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 2300 block of Plank Road.

Strong Armed Robbery *ARREST – On May 30th, detectives from the U.S. Marshals' Fugitive Task Force arrested the suspect sought in the robbery which was reported to have occurred in the area of Lodge Tr and Old Kings Rd in Woodbridge on May 6th. The accused was located at an address in Alexandria and arrested without incident. The second suspect involved in this incident remains unidentified. Investigation continues.

Strong Armed Robbery [Previously Released] On May 7th at 7:52AM, police responded to investigate a robbery which was reported to have occurred in the area of Lodge Tr and Old Kings Rd in Woodbridge (22191) on May 6th around 10:30PM. The victim, a 27 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he made arrangements on social media to meet a known acquaintance in the area above in order to sell a pair of shoes. When the victim, and a friend, arrived in the area they were approached by the acquaintance and another unknown man. An altercation ensued and the men took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency, a backpack, 2 cell phones, and the pair of shoes from the victim before fleeing the area. Minor injuries were reported. On May 21st, detectives from the Robbery Unit were able to identify one of two suspects involved the robbery. Following the investigation, detectives obtained warrants against the accused.

The victim, a 26 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was in the above area when he was approached by two unknown men. One of the men displayed a handgun and demanded the victim's property. The men took the victim's wallet containing an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency and a cell phone before fleeing the area of foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspects.

Strong Armed Robbery – On May 30th at 4:29PM, police responded to the 13200 block of Delaney Rd in Woodbridge (22193) for a robbery. The victim, a 34 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she was walking in the area above when she was approached from behind by an unknown man. The man pushed the victim from behind and took her cell phone before running towards a vehicle occupied by a second male suspect. Both men then fled the area. No injuries were reported.

Attempted Commercial Burglary – On May 30th at 10:00AM, police responded to the Check into Cash located at 12367 Dillingham Sq in Woodbridge (22192) for an attempted burglary. Employees reported to police that between 6:30PM on May 29th and 9:12AM on May 30th, an unknown person(s) attempted entry into the business through a rear door which had been damaged. No entry was gained into the residence and not property was reported missing.







**ARRESTS**

Aggravated Sexual Battery – On May 29th, detectives from the Special Victims Bureau began an investigation into a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred in the 14200 block of Maplewood Ave in Woodbridge (22193) in 2012. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 13 year old girl of Woodbridge, was sexually assaulted by the accused, a known acquaintance. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Charged with aggravated sexual battery and indecent liberties

?Narcotics Investigation – On May 30th, detectives from the Street Crimes Bureau concluded a narcotics investigation involving the distribution of suspected MDMA with the execution of a search warrant at 4208 Kenton Cir in Dumfries (22025). As a result of the search, suspected MDMA, marijuana, and other items were recovered. The following arrest was also made without incident.

Orange County Sheriff's Office Incident Reports

On May 30, 2013, the Orange County Sheriff's Office arrested Randall Mason Young, age 68, of Gordonsville on five indictments issued from an Orange County Grand Jury. The charges were four felony counts of Indecent Liberties with a Minor while in a Supervisory Role and one felony count of the Use of a Communication System to Facilitate Certain Offenses Involving Children . Mr. Young was arrested at his home in Gordonsville without incident and is currently being held in the Central Virginia Regional Jail under no bond.
The investigation was initiated following a report from Orange County Public Schools in February. The school division's report resulted from its own internal investigation of a complaint against Mr. Young, who was employed as a bus driver at the time, according to Yvonne Dawson, director of human resources for Orange County Public Schools. Mr. Young's employment was terminated by the School Board on February 7.
