Nobody wants to step in someone elses dog poo, but a condo complex in Massachussetts is going way over the edge.
After letters to residents failed, property managers turned to DNA testing. Now you're required to submit a mouth swab or a poo sample from your pet when you move in and pay 60 bucks. Then if your dog doodies and you don't clean it up, you'll pay a testing fee and a hundred dollar fine.
