Pollen Can be More Scary if You have Asthma

Pollen counts have been soaring across the Fredericksburg area and many of us have been suffering.
If you have asthma this time of year can be dangerous. Have your medicine filled in advance. Try to stay inside in the morning, keep car windows up and change your clothes as soon as you get home. And always take a shower before bed to wash pollen out of your hair.
